We are seeking an energetic associate DC to join our Northeast Indiana practice. We treat all ages, 0-98. We see a little bit of everything in our day to day, no two days are the exact same.
We are located in Kendallville, IN, approximately 25 miles from Fort Wayne, IN.
We are minutes away from lake life, hunting, and fishing; yet a short 20 minute drive to the night life in Fort Wayne.
Base pay is $50,000 with a tiered bonus schedule above that based on DC’s collections after 6 months of employment.
2 weeks paid vacation after 6 months of employment.
401k after 1 year of employment.
Covered costs for malpractice insurance, continuing education, and cell phone.
We currently offer a variety of modalities in the office, including cold laser therapy, ultrasound therapy, decompression therapy, and myofascial release in the form of cupping. We are open to add more with a new associate DC.
We are excited to announce we are adding massage therapy to our office in 2024.
